What to check if the MindPlay program is “freezing”The most common reason for slow or choppy program performance is caused by low/slow internet speeds that are lower than our required download speed. Use the following directions – DURING THE TIME YOUR CHILD EXPERIENCES FREEZING to see how the internet is performing.
- Click the “HELP” button at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on “CHECK DIAGNOSTICS”
- Click on “CLICK to BEGIN”
- Click on the word “Latency” in the BLUE Bar – Record the numbers you see.
Click on the word SPEED to open the Blue Bar-
Green indicates adequate internet speed.
